The Rooms

The Living Room has comfortable sofas, digital TV with over 300 channels, DVD, VCR and stereo system.  There are a selection of films, books, games and CDs.  The patio doors lead out on to the covered patio and pool.
The Pool  -  the pool is kidney shaped, about 26' long, the shallow end is 3' and the 'deep' end is 5'.  Heating is available.  The area is private and completely screened.  Pool toys and floats are kept in the games room.

The Patio / Lanai - there are tables, chairs and sun loungers.  We even have shatter-proof tableware for your safety.  Lanai is a Hawaiian word meaning 'roofed or covered porch', you will hear it used all the time to describe the area at the back of the house.

The Dining Room has a large, glass topped dining table that seats 6 comfortably.  The window overlooks the front garden.

	The Master Bedroom with a king size bed measuring 6'6" x 6'8", digital cable TV and patio doors that lead out onto the pool and patio area.
	The Master En-Suite bathroom has a double 'Hollywood' style vanity unit with 2 basins, a large walk-in shower, a large corner bath, wc, and a walk-in wardrobe (closet).  There are also 2 electrical points for razors and hairdryers.  A hairdryer is provided.

The second bedroom has a view out to the pool, with a  double bed, TV and large built-in wardrobe (closet).
The third bedroom has a 'seaside' theme.  Twin beds, TV and a large built-in wardrobe (closet).
The fourth bedroom has a Lion King theme.  The bunk beds have a single bed on top and a double bed underneath, therefore sleeping three people.  A large buit-in wardrobe (closet), TV and toy box.

The games room is carpeted and has a new pool table with all the accessories, electronic darts and a sofa.  The pool toys and flotation devices are also kept in here.

	Our villa has a fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen.  With cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and waste disposal.  All crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided.  Telephone with answering machine.  The window overlooks the front garden and road.

	The utility room is off the entrance lobby and is equipped with a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, hoover, linen basket, laundry basket, clothes airer and fire extinguisher.
	The exterior of our villa provides 2 parking places on the driveway.
